Free Phone Consultation (15 minutes)
This service is intended for those who want to learn more about my approach to therapy and how I can help with your particular concerns.

Initial Assessment (90 minutes)
During this initial visit, we will go over the history of your presenting concerns and come up with a treatment plan.

Individual Therapy (60 minutes)
One-on-one therapy session.
